Draft — not yet reviewed. This page describes what we actually hold and who operates the server, but it has not had a lawyer's eyes on it. Do not treat it as final.

This website

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no widgets and stores nothing in your browser. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a font CDN, so loading a page makes no request to any third party.

The host that serves these pages keeps standard access logs, which include visitor IP addresses. IP addresses are personal data even when nobody reads them. Those logs exist to keep the site up and to absorb abuse, and they are not used to profile anyone.

The game server

Playing on the server means the server holds, for as long as your account is known to it:

  • Your Steam ID and current Steam display name.
  • Hours played on this server, which is what drives the playtime rank ladder.
  • Ordinary gameplay logs — connections, chat, kills, and the anticheat recordings that make a ban reviewable rather than a judgement call.
  • Ban and mute records, including the reason.
  • Your Discord account ID, only if you link it yourself to receive raid alerts.

Base and inventory data is destroyed at every wipe, twice a week. Rank and ban records outlast a wipe on purpose: the ladder would be meaningless otherwise, and so would a ban.

The store

While checkout is switched off, buying a package means opening a ticket in Discord. That ticket holds your Discord account, the Steam profile you name, and a record of what was bought and when. Purchase records are kept because they are what a refund or a chargeback is argued from.

No card details ever reach us or the ticket. When automated checkout returns, the payment processor will be named here.

Who it is shared with

Nobody, other than the infrastructure needed to run the service: the host that serves this site, the host that runs the game server, and Discord. There is no advertising, no data broker, and nothing is sold.

Asking for deletion

Open a ticket in Discord and ask. You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased.

One limit worth stating plainly: a ban record is not deleted on request. Erasing it would defeat the purpose of the ban, and every server keeps them for that reason.
